Thank you for joining us as a volunteer! Your support is essential to keeping the day running smoothly. In exchange for your time and effort, you’ll receive complimentary track time during the day (at scheduled intervals), plus behind-the-scenes access and a front-row seat to all the action.

Itinerary for the day: 

7.00 am Gates open.

We will need help with unloading into the office, setting up flags banners and shade, the morning tea set up and the PA system.

8.00 am Sign In starts  – Get yourself signed in so you have an arm band on and collect a HI-VIS vest.

All Drivers will be allocated to a session based on their track driving experience and vehicle type. A non-transferrable coloured wristband will be issued to identify the session to which each driver belongs.

The track walk is up. The Driver Coaches will take Participants for an informative and fun track drive and walk to share the characteristics and more importantly, the best lines around One Raceway.

8.45 am Compulsory Drivers Briefing for all Participants held near the tower, covering the track rules, signals, etiquette and the itinerary for the day ahead. Yes, it’s compulsory, so we need you there TOO! If you’re late, those going on track will need to have it read to them again before getting on track.

9.00 am Track time commences. Orientation and Passenger laps up first. Beginning with RED armbands, then rotating ORANGE, PURPLE, BLUE and GREEN.

Each session typically runs for around 10 -12 minutes before the next session begins. Listen for the session call over the PA as the next group heads to the marshalling area. Consecutive sessions will alternate between Driver-timed laps and Driver-with-Passenger un-timed laps throughout the entire day.

You will move between stations around the track throughout the day. Make sure you stay hydrated and fueled and take regular breaks. We don’t stop for a lunch break, however we encourage you to go to  the Food Truck and order lunch on us. We will tell you the code for a free order on the day. Always let the team around round you know if you move from your post.

When you have the ok to go on track, check in with Karen or Yvette and they will allocate you to a session and give you a new arm band.

5.00 pm It’s that time to pack up the gear into the cars and join us for a light dinner in Goulburn before we all head home

There will be lots of photos, vids, socials, and GoPro footage to share to remind you what an EPIC day you had with Track Day Club!
